Payment

Earfab ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Mobilepay, Viabill, Amex, ShopPay, Maestro, ApplePay, Forbrugsforeningen, and GooglePay. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT, unless otherwise stated. Earfab ApS. uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.

Delivery

Once the 3D scans of the ears through the earfabSCAN app have been processed, it takes between 5-7 business days before delivery takes place, depending on the size of the order. This is estimated based on the time it takes when we receive your 3D scan until we ship your product.

This does not apply to products that are standard.

Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 2-5 working days after the order is shipped. All goods are sent with GLS, PostNord or DAO.

Right of complaint

Private customers are given a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service. Earfab ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

The customer is only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and the way the product works.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back.

Right of return and return

Usually, you do not have a right of return for custom-made products. At earfab you can buy a guarantee and get a 60-day return policy.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed, the customer is asked to send bank information to info@earfab.dk, so that Earfab ApS. can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on standard items purchased at earfab's webshop. The period is calculated from the day on which the order is received. There is no regret on personalized products, such as products that contain parts made from impressions and or 3D scans of the customer's ear (s). If, on the other hand, there is a defect in the standard part of your product, we will change this and send the product to you again.

You can buy a guarantee and get a 60-day full return policy.

Return costs are is held by the customer.

Withdrawal cannot be done by refusing to receive goods. Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@earfab.dk no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the customer must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. however, if you have purchased an earfab guarantee, you have a 60-day right of return. In the announcement, earfab must be made clearly aware that the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. If the customer has ordered several standard products in an order and the goods cannot be delivered at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the customer receiving the last item in physical possession. If the 14-day / 60-day deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

The condition of the standard item when it is sent back

Liability is only given for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and the way it works. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full purchase amount back, the customer can do the same as one can in a physical store. You can try the product, but not taking it into actual use.
